The best thing about Intelo.ai is their partnership. They are very collaborative and when we bring a CS operations question or problem to them, they do not hesitate to jump in and brainstorm to find a solution. What I also love is that is not a heavy, cumbersome system. account managers don't need yet another place to maintain data. Intelo brings all the relevant data together for the leaders without duplicate entry.
I have used many SaaS platforms in the past.
