7. Fees and Subscriptions

Terms regarding subscription fees and payment schedules are governed by the specific Order Form or Service Agreement executed between your organization and Intelo.ai.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While our agents are designed for high transparency and accuracy, AI-generated insights are for advisory purposes. Intelo.ai does not guarantee specific financial results or inventory accuracy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intelo.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or inventory errors). Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the 12 months prior to the claim.

10. Term and Termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use the Site or Services. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you have breached these Terms. Upon termination, all rights to access the Agent Network cease immediately.
